摘要 目的观察CO2激光灸对膝骨关节炎患者50码最快步行时间的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的95例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为CO2激光治疗组(47例)与假治疗对照组(48例),分别给予4星期、每星期3次、每次20 min的10.6μm CO2激光照射犊鼻穴治疗和假治疗。结果 CO2激光治疗组在治疗2星期、治疗4星期及治疗结束后4星期随访时50码(46 m)的最快步行时间均较治疗前明显缩短(均P<0.01);假治疗对照组在治疗后各时间点50码(46 m)最快步行时间均较治疗前无明显差异(均P>0.05);组间比较,治疗4星期及治疗结束后4星期随访时CO2激光治疗组的50码(46 m)最快步行时间均较假治疗对照组明显缩短(均P<0.01)。结论 CO2激光灸能明显提高膝骨关节炎患者的步行速度,其疗效至少可持续到治疗后4星期。 Objective To investigate the effects of CO2 laser moxibustion on the fastest 50 yard walking time in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Ninety-five patients with knee osteoarthritis, who met the inclusion criteria, were randomly allocated to a CO2 laser treatment group (47 cases) and a sham treatment control group (48 cases), They received 10.6 μm CO2 laser radiation on point Dubi and sham treatment, respectively, 20 min thrice weekly for 4 weeks.Results The fastest 50 yard (46 m) walking time shortened significantly in the CO2 laser treatment group at 2 and 4 weeks after the beginning of treatment and at the 4-week follow-up after the end of treatment compared with before treatment (all P〈0.01). It did not change significantly in the sham treatment control group at different time points after treatment compared with before treatment (all P〉0.05), It shortened significantly in the CO2 laser treatment group at 4 weeks after the beginning of treatment and the 4-week follow-up after the end of treatment compared with the sham treatment control group (both P〈0.01). Conclusion CO2 laser moxibustion can significantly increase walking speed in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Its therapeutic effect continues to at least 4 weeks after the end of treatment.
