摘要
目的观察针刺配合耳尖放血治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法将70例面肌痉挛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组采用针刺配合耳尖放血治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,两组治疗后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为65.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合耳尖放血是一种治疗面肌痉挛的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus ear-apex bloodletting in treating hemifacial spasm. Method Seventy patients with hemifacial spasm were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 35 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus ear-apex bloodletting, and the control group was by medication. The two groups were compared with each other in therapeutic efficacy after treatment. Result The total effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group versus 65.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus ear-apex bloodletting is an effective method in treating hemifacial spasm.
