天灸治疗慢性咽炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Vesiculation Moxibustion for Chronic Pharyngitis

目的观察天灸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将102例慢性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组50例。治疗组采用天灸治疗,对照组采用中医辨证口服中药治疗,比较两组治疗后总有效率和复发率,观察与记录咽部不适症状消失的时间。结果治疗组总有效率和复发率分别为78.8%和50.0%,对照组分别为72.0%和68.8%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组咽部症状消失时间与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天灸是一种治疗慢性咽炎的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of vesiculation moxibustion in treating chronic pharyngitis. Method A total of 102 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomized into a treatment group of 52 cases and a control group of 50 cases. The treatment group adopted vesiculation moxibustion for treatment, while the control group adopted oral Chinese herbal medication based on syndrome differentiation. The total effective rate and relapse rate were compared between the two groups after treatment, and the fading time of pharyngeal discomfort was observed and recorded. Result The total effective rate and relapse rate were 78.8% and 50.0% respectively in the treatment group, versus 72.0% and 68.8% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In comparing the fading time of pharyngeal symptoms between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vesiculation moxibustion is an effective approach in treating chronic pharyngitis.
