摘要
从专利的角度可以分析一个国家、企业、领域的技术创新能力和发展前景。为此,以美国专利商标局的专利数据库为基础,首先比较系统地分析了近年来世界各国的技术创新态势,紧接着探讨了我国面临的问题与挑战,最后对"十二五"期间加强科技创新,紧跟全球创新形势提出了一些设想和建议。
The innovation capability and development potential of a country,an enterprise or a technology field can be analyzed from the standpoint of patent.Thus,based on the USPTO database of patent granted,this paper firstly had analyzed systematically the innovation situation of the world recently,then discussed the existing problems and challenges that China’s patent strategy implementing,lastly brought forward some advice on the implementation of patent strategy of science and technology in the twelfth-five-year-plan.
