摘要
为了解决电机设备发生故障引起事故的问题,文中提出了一种基于流水线结构微处理器的数据采集系统应用控制方案。利用自带DSP内核的高精度三相电能专用芯片,实现了对医用设备工作状况进行在线实时监测。通过对供电电源,信号采集通道,以及信号输出通道进行必要的抗干扰设计,采取CAN总线通讯,光电隔离,短路保护以及过载保护等措施,使系统很好的适应了工作环境的复杂性。在现场的试运行中已得到很好的验证,该方案在电磁干扰很强的工作环境中有很好的应用前景。
In order to solve the problem of failure for electric machinery equipment , The data sampling application system which based on the streamline structure MCU was presented in this paper. It had realized to monitor the status of medical instrument on line using of the high precision three phase electric energy special chip which owns DSP kernel itself. Needed anti-disturb design were applied in power supply, signal sampling channels and signal output channels. Moreover, using CAN bus, photoelectric isolated and short-circuiting protection and overload protection to make the system has strong ability to fit the complex work environment. This system has been getting perfect result in real running test.This strategy has a good prospect in the work environment of a very strong electromagnetic interference.
