摘要
白细胞介素23受体(IL-23R)是其复合物的两个亚基之一。IL-23在炎性反应、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等方面发挥着重要作用。IL-23R的主要功能是介导IL-23在细胞内的信号转导。IL-23-IL-23R途径是机体炎性反应中的重要部分,也是一个潜在的促进恶性肿瘤发展的路径。IL-23R的遗传多态性已被证实与某些炎症性疾病、自身免疫疾病和恶性肿瘤相关。IL-23R遗传特性的研究为进一步明确疾病的发病机制提供了理论基础。
Interleukin-23 receptor(IL-23R) is one of the two subunits of IL-23 receptor complexes.IL-23 plays an important role in inflammation,autoimmune disease and tumor.The main function of IL-23R is mediating IL-23 intracellular signal transduction.The IL-23-IL-23R pathway is not only an important part in the inflammatory response,but also a potential path to promote tumor development.IL-23R genetic polymor-phism has been shown to be associated with certain inflammatory diseases,autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors.The research on the genetic characteristics of IL-23R has provided theoretical basis to further clarify the disease pathogenesis.
