摘要
目的分析脂肪源性干细胞(ADSCs)移植对颅脑损伤大鼠神经功能评分的影响,探讨ADSCs对神经系统的保护作用。方法将20只Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,各10只,均进行颅脑损伤模型制作,实验组移入ADSCs,对照组移入等量的培养基。比较两组大鼠神经功能改善情况。结果两组术后不同时间点大鼠神经功能评分都不断降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后不同时间点大鼠神经功能评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ADSCs对颅脑损伤后大鼠神经功能具有一定的改善作用。
Objective To analyze the influence of adipose derived stem cells(ADSCs)on neurological function score of traumatic brain injury of rats,to disucss ADSCs protection of the neurological system.Methods 20 Wistar rats were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,10 in each,all of which were made traumatic brain injury model.The experiment group was implanted with ADSCs while the control group was implanted with the same amount of medium.Neurological function improvement of the two groups were compared.Results At different time points,the neurological function score of the two groups were decreasing continuously,difference with statistical significance(P0.05);the neurological function score of the experiment group after operation at different time points were obviously lower than the control group with statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion ADSCs have a certain improvement effect on neurological function of traumatic brain injury of rats.
