摘要
目的检测claudin-7和E-cadherin在结肠癌、直肠癌中的表达,探讨其临床价值及对预后判断的意义。方法选择我院确诊的结肠癌、直肠癌并进行手术的患者122例为观察组,收集同期经病理证实为正常结肠黏膜组织的患者60例为对照组,应用流式细胞术检测两组患者claudin-7和E-cadherin的表达。结果观察组claudin-7和E-cadherin蛋白低表达,且与结肠癌、直肠癌的直径、Dukes分期、Ki67表达及淋巴结转移相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组claudin-7和E-cad-herin蛋白的表达呈正相关;对患者进行生存分析发现claudin-7和E-cadherin低表达患者的预后差。结论 claudin-7和E-cadherin蛋白低表达对肿瘤的发生、发展具有重要的促进作用,术后联合检测claudin-7和E-cadherin的表达对判断结肠癌、直肠癌的预后有重要价值。
Objective To detect the expression of claudin-7 and E-cadherin protein,and investigate their clinical and prognostic significance in colorectal carcinonma.Methods The study included 122 cases of colorectal carcinoma which were diagnosed and operated as observation group,60 cases of confirmed normal mucosa tissue as control group.The expressions of claudin-7 and E-cadherin protein were detected by FCM methods,and the difference in different clinical characteristics were compared.Results The expression of claudin-7 and E-cadherin protein were lower in the observation group,which were correlated with diameter,Dukesstage,Ki67 expressions and lymphnode metastasis（P0.05）.There was positive correlation between claudin-7 and E-cadherin protein in colorectal carcinoma.Poor prognosis was found in patients with lower expression of claudin-7 and E-cadherin.Conclusion The lower-expressions of claudin-7 and E-cadherin protein may promote the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma.Test of expression of claudin-7 and E-cadherin after operation is of great significance to judge the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
