康复锻炼对脑卒中恢复期患者平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响

Rehabilitation Exercise Influence on Balance Function and Daily Life Ability of Stroke Patients at Recovery Stage

目的探讨康复锻炼对脑卒中恢复期患者平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法将68例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各34例。对照组予以脑卒中的常规治疗与护理;观察组在常规治疗与护理的基础上予以系统规律的康复锻炼,主要是肢体及平衡功能训练。两组患者均于治疗前及康复锻炼3个月时进行平衡功能、日常生活活动能力及生存质量评定,观察两组患者脑卒中的复发情况。结果康复治疗前,两组患者Berg平衡量表(BBS)、巴塞尔指数量表(BI)、生存质量(QOL)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复治疗后,两组患者BBS、BI、QOL均有所改善,且观察组的BBS、BI、QOL均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中恢复期患者早期实施系统规律的康复锻炼可以有效地促进患者肢体及平衡功能的恢复,进而改善患者的日常生活能力和提高生存质量,降低复发率,对脑卒中患者的预后具有积极的促进作用。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation exercise influence on balance function and daily life ability of stroke patients at recovery stage.Methods 68 cases with stroke in recovery phase were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases per group.Patients in control group were given conventional treatment and nursing of stroke,and patients in observation group were given systematic and regular rehabilitation exercise,mainly including limbs and balance exercise.Balance function,daily living skills and survival quality were evaluated in two groups before and 3 months later after,and follow-up was done to see the stroke recurrence.Results There were no statistical differences in Berg balance scale（BBS）,barthel index（BI）and QOL in two groups before rehabilitation（P0.05）.BBS,BI and QOL in two groups were all improved,and BBS,BI and QOL improvement in observation group were better than that in control group（P0.05）.Observation group＇s recurrence rate was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Early systematic and regular rehabilitation exercise can effectively promote patients＇ limb and balance function＇s recovery,of stroke patients at recovery stage,improve daily life ability and quality of life,and reduce the relapse rate,so it has positive significance on the prognosis.
