老年缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量及其影响因素调查研究

Investigation on the Quality of Life and Its Influencers of Elderly Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的探讨影响老年缺血性脑卒中患者的生活质量相关因素指标。方法对我院自2009年1月至2011年1月收治的287例65岁以上的缺血性脑卒中者的诊治资料进行分析,应用生活质量调查量表对其生活质量进行统计学研究。结果对照组躯体疼痛(BP)得分低于脑卒中组患者,脑卒中组患者生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、总体健康(GH)、情感职能(RE)、社会功能(SF)、精神健康(MH)和活力(VT)的得分均明显低于健康对照组。NIHSS与生活质量调查量表中各项呈现明显正相关;认知功能与生活质量调查量表各项呈明显正相关。结论患者躯体功能障碍、日常生活活动能力和认知障碍三因素是老年缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量的最重要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the related factors influencing the quality of life（QOL）of elderly ischemic stroke patients.Methods Diagnosis and treatment data of 287 cases of ischemic stroke patients aged over 65 years received by our hospital during Jan.2009 and Jan.2011 was analyzed,statistics study on QOL was done through QOL questionnaires.Results Body pain（BP）score of the control group was lower than the stroke group;physical function（PF）,role-physical（RP）,general health（GH）,role-emotional（PR）,social function（SF）,mental health（MH）and vitality（VT）score of the stroke group were all obviously lower than the healthy control group.NIHSS was obviously positively correlated with each item of the QOL questionnaire;so was the cognitive function.Conclusion Physical function,ability of daily living and cognitive impairment are the three primary factors influencing on QOL of elderly ischemic stroke patients.
