阜新深化创建转型示范市的研究

Research on creating a demonstration city in transition in Fuxin city

辽宁阜新市是2001年12月国务院批准的全国第一个资源枯竭型城市经济转型试点城市。经过十年艰辛探索,让一个几乎陷入绝境的资源枯竭型城市重新焕发出了生机。2010年末,阜新决策者自我加压,提出创建"全国资源型城市转型示范市"的新目标。本文从四个方面研究提出了创建转型示范市应采取的对策措施。这对目前国内一些正在创建资源型城市转型示范市的城市,很有借鉴意义。

Fuxin City is a resource-exhausted city with economies in transition pilot cities of the State Council approved in December 2001. After the 10-year painstaking exploration, resource-exhausted cities to an almost desperate with renewed vigor. By the end of 2010, the Fuxin decision makers self-pressurized proposed a new goal to create ＂the Demonstration City of the national resources cities＂. In this paper, four measures of countermeasures to be taken. It is a great reference for the demestic cities who are creating the demonstration city of the national resources cities.
