摘要
用离子液体溴化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑测定了不同质量浓度溴化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑(0、200、600、1800、5400μg/L)对不同发育阶段(卵裂阶段、胚胎成熟早期、胚胎成熟后期)的大型溞胚胎的急性毒性效应。试验结果显示,随着溴化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑质量浓度升高,不同发育阶段大型溞胚胎的致死、致畸效应均增强;3个阶段的72h半致死质量浓度分别为3911.75、575.81、402.29μg/L,72h半致畸质量浓度分别为376.80、307.25、214.53μg/L;致畸效应主要表现为溞体壳刺弯曲,第二触角上游泳刚毛缺少或弯曲;但对性别分化无显著影响。该试验结果表明,溴化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑对大型溞具有一定的胚胎毒性,且该毒性具质量浓度依赖性和阶段敏感性。
The acute toxicity of 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide(Br)(0,200,600,1800,and 5400 μg/L) ionic liquid to different embryonic development stages(cleavage,early embryo,late embryo) of water fleas Daphnia magna was investigated.The 72 h median lethal concentration(LC50) for Br were found to be 3911.75 μg/L in cleavage,575.81 μg/L in early embryo,and 402.29 μg/L in late embryo,and 72 h median teratogenic concentration(TC50) were 376.80 μg/L in cleavage,307.25 μg/L in early embryo,and 214.53 μg/L in late embryo.The developmental abnormal embryos were found to show curved shell spine and underdeveloped second antennal setae,without significant effect on sexual differentiation.The results indicate that Br is embryo-toxic to D.magna,with concentration-dependent and stage-sensitive toxicity.
