摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,在水温23~25℃条件下,研究了对苯二胺对泥鳅(体质量25.20~28.06g)4种组织及血清中酯酶同工酶表达的影响。试验结果表明,4种组织及血清酯酶同工酶的表达差异性明显,活性强弱依次为:肝胰脏﹥脾脏﹥血清﹥心脏﹥鳃。经不同剂量对苯二胺处理后,未发现剂量梯度与酯酶同工酶表达的正相关变化。在不同时间处理条件下,组织及血清酯酶表达先强后弱,72h达到最弱,96h略有增强,表现了明显的差异性和应激性。
The effect of p-phenylenediamine(PPD) on expression of esterase isozyme activites in serum and 4 tissues were studied in loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus with body weight of 25.20~28.06 g by a method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis at water temperature of 23~25 ℃.The results were listed as the following.The expression of the esterase isozyme activites in the tissues and serum was varied as the hepatopancreas﹥spleen﹥serum﹥heart﹥gill.There was no significant difference in the esterase isozyme activites at different doses of p-phenylenediamine.After p-phenylenediamine treatment,the esterase expression in the tissues and serum was found to be increased gradually first and then weakened,the weakest after 72 h treatments,increased slightly after 96 h,showing obvious variation and irritability.
