摘要
以相似原理为基础,通过实验室水模拟实验,对鞍钢单流宽厚板坯连铸中间包应用气幕挡墙进行了优化研究。水模实验主要研究了原型中间包和气幕挡墙、耐火挡墙不同组合方案钢液的流动特征,将实验确定的最佳方案在大生产上进行了工业试验。结果表明,工业试验和水模实验的结果具有一致性。中间包应用气幕挡墙提高了钢的洁净度,显微夹杂物降低了23.73%,大型夹杂物降低了28.15%。
Based on the principle of similarity, the study on optimization of the gas bubbling curtain used by the tundish in the single-strand heavy slab Continuous caster in Angang was carried out. Water model experiments were performed to study turbulence characteristics of molten steel in an origin.al tundish together with the gas bubbling curtain or the refractory weirs to work out the optimal scheme which was put into force in a large-scale industrial test. The results show that both the industrial test and water model experiments have consistent testing results, indicating that cleanliness of molten steel can be improved by application of the gas bubbling curtain, and as a result the ratio of micro-inclusions in steel is cut down by 23.72%, macro-inclusions cut down by 28.05%.
