摘要
在分析长江中游武穴水道河床演变和碍航特征的基础上,确定了与当地采砂规划相协调的新的航道整治思路,并通过河工模型试验研究,解决工程与采砂之间的矛盾,同时,按照动态管理的原则,根据施工时工程区地形变化情况,及时调整工程方案和分期实施工程内容。该工程于2006—2008年实施后,河道演变趋势与模型预测试验结果基本一致,航道条件明显改善,规范了无序的采砂活动,使航道整治与采砂互利双赢。
Based on the analysis of the bed evolution and navigation-obstructing characteristics of Wuxue waterway in the midstream of the Changjiang River,we determine the new regulation idea for the waterway which is coordinated with the sand winning plan of the locality and solve the contradiction between the regulation engineering and san winning based on the river model experiment.Meanwhile,we adjust timely the scheme and staged implementation of engineering based on the principle of dynamic management and according to the topographic variation of the engineering site during construction.After the implementation of the project during 2006 and 2008,the waterway evolution trend was basically the same as the model experiment result,the waterway condition was improved obviously,and the san winning activity was regulated.
