摘要
为提高中国内河航运信息服务水平,提出船联网的概念,在分析国外内河航运建设先进经验和中国内河航运信息管理和服务水平现状以及存在的主要问题的基础上,重点研究中国内河船联网建设易采用的基本框架,论述各个平台的发展思路,探讨建设船联网的建设原则。
In order to improve China＇s river navigation information services level,a new concept of internet of ships is presented.The main task includes primarily research the construction of internet of ships,and development consideration of each platform on the basis of analyzing the foreign advanced experiences and studying the domestic status and the current problems of river navigation information management and services.In addition,the construction principle is discussed.
