摘要
创新教育与精英教育并举,培养创新型精英人才是高等教育发展方向。该文提出本科生创新型精英人才培养的4项基本措施,并针对精英教育如何与现行机制接轨等焦点问题加以探讨,供同仁参考。
Innovative education and elite education should be promoted simultaneously.The future trends of the development of higher education should be to cultivate innovative talents.This article puts forward four basic measures of cultivating innovative talents of undergraduates.It also focuses on the exploration and the discussion of the elite education and the integration with current mechanism of education.This article provides references for others.
