大学生创新性实验计划实施的关键问题分析

Analysis of key issues in implementation of innovative experiment project for college students

大学生创新性实验计划在执行过程中存在种种问题,影响了计划的完成质量,甚至导致执行失败。通过问卷调查及深入分析,发现在项目选题、管理方式、执行力,以及教师参与度等方面均存在较大不足。提出了过程管理方法体系,从制定项目任务规范、梯队建设规范、实施过程规范等角度入手,对项目执行的每一个环节予以制度化和规范化,明确师生职责要求,以保证项目实施质量,提高学生的创新能力和独立解决问题的能力。

Many disadvantages are found in the course of the innovative experiment project for college students,which affect the quality of the project,and even lead to execution failure.Through in-depth analysis by questionnaire investigation,some defects are found during the process of topic selection,project management,implementation and instruction.Therefore,a standardized process management system is proposed based on formulation of students＇ task specifications,echelon construction specifications and project implementation specifications,in order to institutionalize all the procedures of project.The indication of responsibilities required for instructors is proposed at the same time to improve students＇ ability of innovation and problem-solving independently.
