摘要
以花生油为研究对象,用傅里叶变换红外光谱(波数为400~4 000cm-1)结合线性回归方程,建立了花生油中少量水分定量分析模型。结果表明:红外光谱法在一定的精度范围(0.1%)内可以快捷地得出花生油中的含水质量分数。该方法简单易行,同时也为食用油的成分及杂质含量测评提供一定的技术支持。
Water content of peanut oil was determined by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry and linear regression equation.The experimental and analytical methods were built up and described.The results show that water content of peanut oil can be tested scientifically and quickly in specific accurate range.The program is simple and useful.It offers certain technical support for the components analysis and impurity test of edible oil as well.
