摘要 在有限时间里创造性地完成省级实验教学示范中心的建设是目前温州大学经济管理实验教学中心面临的核心任务。依托平衡计分卡工具,将战略定位与实施中的具体行为和评价指标相结合,从相关利益者、内部流程、创新与学习、财务4个角度阐述了时间压力下适合经济管理实验教学中心发展的绩效测量体系和绩效实现的创新策略,为打造具有"温州特色"的省级实验教学示范中心提供决策框架,力求实现创新与高效运营的兼顾,短期目标与长期目标的平衡。 How to complete the construction of provincial experimental teaching model center innovatively under time pressure is the core mission to pay attention to innovation and productivity.Relying on the tool of balanced score card,the strategic orientation,implementation and evaluation of the specific actions should be combined to elaborate on the innovation strategy with local features.This article elaborates on exhaustive evaluation elements and indices by the framework of stakeholders,internal processes,innovation and learning,and finance.It has played the influential role in construction strategy with Wenzhou characteristics to make a balance between long and short terms.
