In recent more than years,the laboratories in colleges and universities have been developing rapidly.As a result,it comes to be necessary for experimental teachers and experimental technicians to keep up with the times.However,there are three low aspects for experimental team,i.e.,low-level of education,low-level of experiment technique,low salary,which make the bottlenecks in the development of experimental team.So colleges and universities must pay attention to the problem of how to improve the levels and framework of experimental team as soon as possible.
