大型仪器一体化信息管理探讨

Discussion on integrative information management of large-scale instruments

大型仪器管理涉及立项、采购、运行和报废等多个阶段,各阶段又涉及实验、财务、资产等不同职能部门及人员。针对单个阶段或单个部门的大型仪器信息化管理难以提高整体信息化水平,且存在操作复杂、工作效率低等运行管理问题。提出基于Internet技术,对大型仪器管理的各阶段、各部门及相关人员进行系统化和一体化信息管理,规范管理流程,提高仪器管理信息化水平,实现全自动化、智能化管理。

The management of large-scale instruments includes several stages,relates to project approval,procurement,working and scrapping,every stage also includes several departments and workers,such as experiment,finance,assets and so on.The information management of only one stage or department can not improve information level,which has problems,such as operation complexity and ineffective.Based on Internet,making up every stage,every department and workers to manage systematically and intergrally,this paper puts forward regulating the process,which can improve the information level,and realizing the automation and intelligentize management should be done.
