摘要
本文借鉴我国相关法律制度的规定、司法实践情况及外国法律规定,对新刑事诉讼法中存在的问题提供一种处理方式。
In this paper, the author learns lessons from relevant legal systems in China, judicial practice and the foreign law to propose solutions on the problems in the new Crimmal Procedure Law.
