精细化视角下的大学生思想政治教育有效性探析

Theory and Politic Education Efficiency Study for the Undergraduate Based on Specified Management

当前高校思想政治教育存在的最大问题就是有效性不强。文章从精细化的视角分析了大学生思想政治教育有效性缺失的原因,并从理念、过程、形式等三方面论证了精细化管理是提高大学生思想政治教育有效性的客观需求,最后从精细化管理的视角,对如何提高大学生思想政治教育的有效性提出了若干建议。

The present vital problem existing in theory and politics education involved in higher education system is the weak efficiency.The passage is aiming to analyze the reason for efficiency lack taking the angle of specification,in addition,proves the urge of specified management to meet the requirement of improving efficiency of theory and politics education amid undergraduates from directions of theory,procedure and education form.At last,some advices will be given explaining how to make improvement of education efficiency from the angle of specified management.
