论英语教学中文化意识的培养

On Cultivation of Cultural Awareness in English Teaching

当今社会,竞争激烈,国际交流日益频繁,掌握英语己成为人生发展的基本素质。在大学英语教学中,有效的英语教学活动,就要使学生具有较强的社会文化能力。要提高大学生的交际能力,就要下大力气进行文化意识的培养。英语教师在教学过程中恰当地导入文化知识,既可激发学习兴趣,又能达到教学目的。文章主要就英语教学中培养文化意识的重要性,中西方文化差异的主要表现,培养英语文化意识应坚持的原则,英语文化意识培养的基本途径进行了论述。

In today＇s society,competition is intense,international communication increasingly frequent,master English has become natural to the basic quality of life development.In college English teaching,English teaching activities,it is necessary to enable students with a strong social and cultural capacity.To improve the students＇ communicative competence,we must make great efforts to the cultivation of cultural awareness.English teachers in the teaching process to properly import and cultural knowledge can stimulate interest in learning,but also to achieve educational purposes.This article mainly English training in the teaching of the importance of cultural consciousness,the main performance of the differences between Chinese and western culture and cultivate English culture consciousness should follow the principles,English culture consciousness＇s the basic way of training are discussed in this paper.
