摘要
留住组织核心人力资本的关键是构建适合人才生存和发展的组织内部良好的人力资源生态环境。文章针对新建本科院校的特点,以生态系统的视角,探讨了物质环境、制度环境、文化环境对新建本科院校教师人力资源的影响,提出了新建本科院校人力资源生态系统建设的相关措施。
The key that keeping core human capital in organization is build up a good human resources ecological environment what is appropriate for talent survival and development.In this paper,according to the characteristics of newly-built universities,with the perspective of ecological system,than discusses the influence that the physical environment,the system environment and cultural environment to newly-built universities' teacher human resources,and puts forward relevant measures that building human resource ecosystem?in newly-built universities.
