摘要 介绍了热电材料在温差发电和热电制冷方面的应用;概述了热电材料的研究开发进展,重点介绍了Half-Heusler金属间化合物、方钴矿、低维结构材料以及纳米结构材料等新型热电材料的研究状况;介绍了热电性能测试的相关标准和方法。 First of all, the application of thermoelectric materials in the field of thermoelectric power generation and thermoelectric refrigeration is introduced. Secondly, an overview of the research progress is given for thermoelec-tric materials, including several types of new materials, such as Half-Heusler intermetallic compounds, skutterudite and nano-materials. Finally, the test method and standard of thermoelectric properties for thermoelectric materials are briefly reviewed.
