介绍连铸方坯定尺切割控制系统的设计与应用。描述了系统硬件配置、工艺流程,分析辊道测长定尺控制的优势以及实现方法,采用火切机控制技术,满足了铸坯自动定尺的需要。
The design and application of gauge cutting control system of billet caster, configuration of system hardware and technological process are introduced. The implementation of roller length measurement and its advantages are analyzed. Flames cutter machine control technology is used to meet the requirements of casting billet automatic gauging.
