摘要
介绍基于WEB的网络型应用系统,将电能质量的在线监测与技术监督有机结合,建立电能质量数据中心及供电企业内部查询系统,对电网整体电能质量进行评估,仿真分析,提出整治建议,实现科学、有效地治理电网谐波污染。
The application system based on WEB is introduced. The online monitor and technical supervision are com- bined. The power quality data center and the power supply enterprise intemal query system are built. The power quality of power grid is evaluated and simulated. The advices are given. The govemance harmonic pollution in electric power net is im- plemented scientifically and effectively.
