摘要
井下节流技术可充分利用地层热能有效防止井筒水合物堵塞,不仅降低了生产成本,同时也提高了生产安全系数。然而,采用井下节流工艺的产水气井实施泡沫排水采气工艺的效果普遍差于常规气井。在此,主要通过可视化井下节流模型进行了多组试验,观察了泡沫通过节流器时的现象,并对节流井泡沫排水规律进行了分析。研究发现,泡沫通过油嘴时会产生泡沫堆积、桥堵、破裂以及适当条件下二次起泡等现象,且节流后油嘴上下游起泡能力、含水率以及携液能力呈一定的变化趋势。该研究对井下节流泡沫排水采气工艺的实施具有一定的参考价值。
The technology of downhole throttling could fully use the geothermal energy to effectively prevent the blocking of hydrate in wellbore.It not only reduced the production cost,but also improved the safety coefficient of production.However,the effect of foam drainage applying in the gas wells for downhole throttling was generally worse than that of conventional gas well.In this paper,groups of tests are carried out by the visualized downhole throttling model,the phenomenon of the bubble passing the throttle is observed.And the rules of foam drainage application in the downhole throttler are analyzed.The result shows that some phenomena are observed,such as foam accumulation,bridge plugging,bursting,and secondary bubbling in a proper condition.The ability of bubbling between the upstream and downstream of nozzle is variable.It provides reference for foaming draining and gas recovery of downhole throttling gas wells.
