摘要
为了降低海上油气田的开发成本,减少完井作业和油气生产过程中对国外井下工具的依赖性,中海油监督监理技术公司自主研发了适合我国海上油气田具体情况的井下工具。根据海上防砂工具使用的环境特点,从工具结构、扣型、密封、公差配合、工具选材和加工等方面对井下工具的研制进行了分析,剖析了防砂工具材质优选和结构优化的难点,给出了具体的技术思路和切实可行的解决办法。新研制的常规压裂充填完井防砂工具在海上油田得到了成功应用,现场应用表明,自主研发的井下防砂工具结构设计合理、性能优良,为海洋石油井下工具国产化提供了一个很好的典范。
In order to reduce the costs of offshore oil and gas production,and reduce the dependence on foreign downhole tools in the completion and production,CNOOC Supervision & Technology company has carried out independent research and development program of downhole tools suitable for the specific situation of offshore oil and gas field in China.Based on the environmental characteristics,the whole spectrum of tool structure,buckle-type,seal,match of tolerance,tool selection and processing,etc.was analyzed and the key difficulties of material optimization and structural optimization of sand control tools were discussed and analyzed,and specific technical ideas and practical solutions were put forward after rigorous research.The newly developed conventional frac-packing completion sand control tool has been successfully applied in the offshore oilfields,which demonstrates that the newly developed tool,as the achievement of independent R&D program,has the qualities of well-designed structure and excellent performance,and provides a good model of the localization of downhole tools for offshore oilfields.
