Design and Maintenance Technique for Cooling System of A Novel Fracturing Truck

针对一种新型(2500型)压裂车的冷却系统,提出了设计与维护技术要求,主要包括:冷却系统组成(卧式散热器系统,油水热交换器系统)设计,冷却回路散热流程设计,冷却系统形式设计,冷却系统维护保养技术要求。

For cooling system of a novel(Type 2500) fracturing truck,technical requirements were proposed fro its design and maintenance,which included the design of the composition of cooling system(horizontal heat radiator system,heat exchanger system),the design for heating radiator flow precess of cooling loop,the design of cooling mode as well as the requirements of its maintenance.
