摘要
采用真空微蒸发镀钛和化学镀镍相结合的方法,在金刚石表面制备了Ti-Ni复合层,观察了镀层的表面形貌以及界面结构,分析了镀层的相成分。结果表明:金刚石表面镀层比较完整;Ti层和金刚石之间以及Ti层和Ni层之间结合都较为致密,界面之间分别有TiC和TiNi化合物生成,形成冶金结合。
Ti Ni composite coating was prepared on diamond surface by vacuum slow vapor deposition combined with electroless plating. Surface morphology and interface structure of the coating were observed. The phase composition of the coating was investigated. The results show that the coating on the diamond surface is relatively complete. There are compact combinations, between the diamond and Ti-layer as well as the Ti-layer and Ni-layer. TiC and TiNi compounds form at interface, so good metallurgical bonding can be obtained.
