金属固融滤砂管的研制与应用

摘要 孤岛油田蒸汽吞吐井防砂工艺以复合防砂、筛管砾石充填防砂为主,工序复杂、成本高,而金属类滤砂管存在不同程度的堵塞现象。金属固融滤砂管采用孔梯度的结构设计、金属固融的加工工艺,大大降低了微粒架桥堵塞现象;并通过表面钝化处理降低了物理吸附堵塞现象,这种防砂管具有在高温蒸汽环境下抗溶蚀、耐腐蚀、抗堵塞性能好的特点,施工工序简单、防砂成本低,经现场试验应用取得了较好的效果,为吞吐井防砂开辟了一条新途径。 For steam soaking wells in Gudao Oilfield,sand control technology included the compound sand control,screen gravel packing,it had complex process and high cost,while the metal sand filter had the varying degrees of blocking.Solid metal melting sand filtering pipe was pore gradient structure design and solid metal melt processing technology,it would greatly reduce the particle bridging off.With the surface passivation treatment,it reduced the physical adsorption and blocking.The sand prevention tube had the characteristics of corrosion resistance,blocking resistance and good performance in high temperature steam environment.It has achieved good results in the field test because it is simple operation and low cost.It opens up a new way in well sand control.
