摘要
磁电复合薄膜材料具有较强的磁电转换效应,可以实现磁、电信号的直接转换,其中无铅磁电复合薄膜材料因具有环境友好、性能优越等特点,在电子器件中有着广阔的应用前景。首先介绍了磁电复合薄膜材料的种类和主要特点,论述了磁电复合薄膜磁电耦合的机理以及获得高磁电性能的方法;然后阐述了研发无铅磁电复合材料的原因和目前几种典型的无铅磁电复合材料的主要特点,以及2-2型无铅磁电复合材料制备方法的最新进展;最后提出了目前该材料研究中存在的问题和进一步的研究方向。
The magnetoelectric composite films have a greater magnetoetect^lcLty tic and electric signal directly. As one of magnetic composite materials, the lead-free magnetoelectric composite films have a wide application prospect in electronic devices because of their environment friendly features. The sorts and main characteristics of the magnetoelectric composite films are introduced. The mechanism of magnetoelectric couping and ways to obtain high magnetoelectric properties are dealt with. The reason for investigating lead-free magnetoelec- tric composite materials and mian properties of several typical lead-free magnetoelectric composites are summarized. The current research status of preparation methods of 2-2 type lead-free magnetoelectric composites are dealt with, Existing problems and further research trends are also pointed out.
