基于形状记忆合金的再制造涂层自修复研究

摘要 形状记忆合金以其特有的形状记忆效应和超弹性成为人们广泛关注的新型功能材料。主要介绍了形状记忆合金的工作原理及分类,就国内外已经取得一定成果的形状记忆合金用于监测及自修复的现状及其原理加以介绍。探讨了形状记忆合金的力学性能随温度、应变幅值的变化情况及常温下合金轴向应变与电阻变化率之间的关系,进而为其应用于自修复提供理论支持。最后,展望了其应用于再制造涂层自修复中的前景,并分析了亟待解决的问题。 Shape memory alloy is getting more people's attention as a new functional material with its particular shape memory effects and super-elasticity. The working principle of SMA and its classification are described, the re- sults at home and abroad has been made of SMA and for monitoring the status and the self-healing principles and sta- tus to be introduced. The changes of mechanical properties on the SMA with temperature, stain, amplitude, and the relationship between the axial stain and resistance change rate of the alloy at room temperature are investigated, which will provide theoretical support for its application on the self-healing. Moreover, its applications on remanufacture coating selLhealing are prospected and problems to be solved are analyzed.
