摘要
以QTZ63塔式起重机为例,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对附着式塔式起重机在运行过程中相关工况的模拟,通过研究塔式起重机在不同工作状态、不同的塔臂与附杆件之间的夹角、不同的小车工作幅度、不同的起重量、是否受风压、是否受扭作用下各道附着支承反力的变化规律,确定了附着支承反力最值的大小和位置,并作为验算附着装置及建筑物支撑装置的计算荷载。
In order to study the behavior of support reaction force and find out the limit value and position of the support reaction during different working conditions, the Finite Element Analysis Software-- ANSYS is used to simulate several working conditions for attachment tower crane QTZ63. In the process of modeling, selected cases are studied. Such as, difference in the angle between boom and attachment surface; difference in the working range and lifting capacity; influence factors by wind pressure and torque. The results not only can be employed to check the attachment device and the support device in the building, but also provide valuable reference for the locally reinforcement and entirety stabilization between building and tower crane.
