摘要
《贝伦行动框架》由联合国教科文组织第六届国际成人教育大会各参会方共同商议提出,对世界各国成人教育的改革与发展都具有十分重要的意义。改革中的我国成人教育可从中获得理念、政策与立法保障以及形式和内容等方面的启示,进而对我国学习化社会环境、终身教育体系以及构建学习型社会产生积极影响。
Belem Framework of Action, which was put forward by UNESCO in the 6th international meeting of adult educa- tion, has very vital significance of different countries all over the world for the reform and development of adult education. Our develo- ping adult education can get some enlightenment on concept, policy, law form and content from it. In addition, this reform can give us an active influence on our environment of learning society, system of lifelong education and the building of learning society.
