摘要
远程教育中教师的教学技能直接影响其在远程教学中指导作用的发挥,而针对远程教学技能的研究却往往被忽略。通过对远程教学技能影响因素的分析,归纳出远程教学技能应包含交互能力、教学管理能力、教学设计能力、信息技术能力等因素,同时对远程教学技能评估的现状、原则、内容、方法进行了探讨,认为评估的目的应该是帮助被评估者找到适合远程教学的技能和策略,以更好地促进远程教学的良性发展。
Distance education teachers' teaching skills directly affects the teaching effect. The study of distance teaching skills are often ignored. Through analysis of the affecting factors, we conclude that distance teaching skills involved the interact ability, the teaching management ability, teaching design ability, information technology ability and other factors ,then we discuss the present situa- tion, the principles, the contents and methods of distance teaching skills assessment. We suggest that the purpose of assessment is to help find suitable distance learning skills and strategies in order to promote the development of distance education.
