Uncertainty of Measurement in the HPLC Determination of Inosine Injection

目的:对HPLC法测定肌苷注射液含量不确定度进行评定。方法:以肌苷注射液为例,用HPLC法测定肌苷的含量,分析了整个测定过程产生的不确定度。结果:扩展不确定度U为1.8%k=2。结论:采用本方法建立的计算模型可用肌苷液相方法测定不确定度的评价。

Objective：To set out the procedure for estimation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of Inosine Injection by HPLC.Methods：Determination of Inosine by HPLC,it analyzes the uncertainty of the entire process measurement.Results：The expanded uncertainty U95 was 1.8% k=2.Conclusion：The method for evaluation of the uncertainty was established in determination of Inosine Injection by HPLC.
