摘要 目的:建立费休氏法测定罗红霉素颗粒水分方法。方法:样品以无水甲醇为溶剂,采用无吡啶费休试液按中国药典方法测定。结果:测定结果与干燥失重法基本一致,平均回收率99.93%,RSD为0.31%。结论:该方法简便快速,定量准确,可作为罗红霉素颗粒水分测定方法。 Objective:To establish an Fischer's method for determining the water content of Roxithromycin granules.Methods:The samples were dissolved in anhydrous methanol,and then determined water content according to the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia using the Fischer's test solution without pyridine.Results:The determination results of Fischer's method are basically the same as loss on drying under normal pressure method,the average recovery was 99.93%,RSD was 0.31%.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast,accurate and suitable for the determination of water in Roxithromycin granules.
