费休氏法测定罗红霉素颗粒水分

Determination of Water in Roxithromycin Granules by Fischer's Method

目的:建立费休氏法测定罗红霉素颗粒水分方法。方法:样品以无水甲醇为溶剂,采用无吡啶费休试液按中国药典方法测定。结果:测定结果与干燥失重法基本一致,平均回收率99.93%,RSD为0.31%。结论:该方法简便快速,定量准确,可作为罗红霉素颗粒水分测定方法。

Objective：To establish an Fischer＇s method for determining the water content of Roxithromycin granules.Methods：The samples were dissolved in anhydrous methanol,and then determined water content according to the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia using the Fischer＇s test solution without pyridine.Results：The determination results of Fischer＇s method are basically the same as loss on drying under normal pressure method,the average recovery was 99.93%,RSD was 0.31%.Conclusion：This method is simple,fast,accurate and suitable for the determination of water in Roxithromycin granules.
