地奥司明治疗眼睑创伤性水肿的疗效观察

Efficacy Analysis of Daflon in the Treatment Eyelids of Posttraumatic Edema

目的:探讨地奥司明片治疗眼睑创伤性水肿的临床疗效。方法:选择在我院行眼睑手术患者96例,随机分为两组,对照组48例采用术后冷敷等常规治疗,治疗组48例在常规治疗的基础上口服地奥司明片。结果:观察一周后,治疗组肿胀缓解的有效率为95.8%;对照组肿胀缓解的有效率为75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地奥司明片能明显减轻眼睑术后水肿,疗效满意。

Objective：To observe the ehnical effects of da-flon in treatment of eyelids posttraumatie edema. Methods： A to-tal of 96 patients with eyelids of posttraumatic edema were ran-domly divided into control groups （48） and experimental groups （48）. The control group kept conventional treatment, while the experimental group were taken orally daflon to treat the eyelids posttraumatie edema. Results： A week late, the effective rateof easeing swelling in treatment group was 93.33%, the effective rate of control groupwas 56. 67%- There were statistically signif-icant difference between the twogroups （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion：The clinical effects of daflon in treatment of eye-lids posttraumatic edema were satisfactory.
