参麦注射液治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Shenmai Injection in the Treatment of Malignant Tumor of Digestive System

目的:探讨参麦注射液治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤的临床疗效,以及不良反应发生情况,为提高消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的治疗效果提供有益的参考。方法:选择我院2007年10月至2011年10月手术后进行辅助化疗的102例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者,将其分为治疗组50例和对照组52例。对照组患者采取常规化疗方案,治疗组的患者采用参麦注射液静脉滴注治疗。对临床疗效和药物毒副作用进行评价。结果:两组患者的临床疗效、1年生存率、2年生存率、不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义,治疗组的治疗中止(或延迟)率显著低于对照组。结论:应用参麦注射液治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤,可辅助提高化疗的效果,减少化疗产生的毒副作用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection in the treatment of malignant tumors of digestive system in clinical curative effect,and discuss the occurrence of adverse reactions in order to provide useful reference for improving the treatment of patients with malignant tumor of digestive system.Methods：102 patients with digestive system malignant tumor accepting adjuvant chemotherapy after operation in our hospital from October 2006 to October 2010 were selected and divided into the treatment group（50 cases）and control group（52 cases）.Patients in the control group adopted conventional chemotherapy regimens,and patients of the treatment group were treated with Shenmai injection additionally.The clinical efficacy and side effects of drugs were evaluated.Results：The clinical efficacy,1-year and 2-year survival rate,incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups do not have statistically significant value,but the discontinuation（or delayed）rate of treatment group treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion：The application of Shenmai injection in the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive system could help improve the effect of chemotherapy,reducing the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy.
