基层儿童卫生服务能力现状与思考

Current situation and thoughts on child health service capacity in primary medical institutions

目的:了解我国基层卫生机构儿童卫生服务能力的现状、存在问题及原因。方法:采用个人访谈调查方法,内容包括基层卫生机构的基本情况、人员配置及培训情况、设施设备配置和业务开展情况,儿童卫生服务能力现状、存在问题及原因以及相关建议措施等。结果:基层儿童卫生服务取得一些成绩,但是还存在人员不足、知识水平不高、业务质量不高及部分设备陈旧闲置等现状阻碍儿童卫生服务能力的发展。结论:基层儿童卫生服务能力不足,需要国家制定相关政策改善现状。

Objective： To understand the current situation, existing problems, and causes of child health service capacity in pri- mary medical institutions in China. Methods： Personal interview survey method was used in the study, the contents included the basic situa- tions, personal allocation and training, facilities allocation, and service development, current situation of child health service capacity, exist- ing problems, causes, and related advices and measures. Results： The child health service in primary medical institutions got some achieve- ments, but deficiency of staff, low knowledge level, low quality of service, and partial dated and idle facilities hindered the development of child health service capacity. Conclusion： Child health service capacity in primary medical institutions is inadequate, related strategies should be made to improve the current situation.
