Relationship between polymorphism of COL4A2 gene and female bone mineral density

摘要 目的:探讨Ⅳ型胶原蛋白(COL4A2)基因多态性与女性骨密度的关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究方法,应用PCR-RFLP方法检测COL4A2基因型,采用Logistic回归法分析COL4A2基因多态性与骨密度间的关系。结果:绝经前后女性骨质疏松组及骨量流失组CC基因型及C等位基因频率均较正常对照组高(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析,COL4A2基因CC基因型与绝经前后女性骨量流失及骨质疏松有统计学相关性(OR=18.375,95%CI:5.189~65.065,P=0.000;OR=15.369,95%CI:3.224~73.269,P=0.001)。结论:COL4A2基因CC基因型是女性骨量流失和骨质疏松发病的独立危险因素。 Objective: To explore the relationship between polymorphism of collagen protein IV (COIAA2) gene and female bone mineral density. Methods: A case- control study was performed, PCR- RFLP method was applied to detect the genotypes of COL4A2 gene, logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between polymorphism of COL4A2 gene and female bone mineral densi- ty. Results : The frequencies of CC genotype and C allele in osteoporosis group and bone loss group were statistically significantly higher than those in normal control group before and after menopause ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; logistic regression analysis showed that there was a statistical correla- tion between CC genotype of COL4A2 gene and female bone loss, osteoporosis before and after menopause ( OR = 18. 375, 95% C1: 5. 189 - 65. 065, P = 0. 000; OR = 15. 369, 95% CI: 3. 224 -73. 269, P = 0. 001 ) . Conclusion: CC genotype of COL4A2 gene is an independent risk factor of onset of female bone loss and osteoporosis.
