摘要
介绍了微波技术在纺织品水分测量中的应用,对其湿度测量原理进行了分析。基于微波技术设计出一种非接触式织物含水率的测量系统,并以PLC为处理器对织物的含水率进行了测量,同时用传统的称重法对织物的含水率进行了测量。通过对实验数据的处理,拟合出不同织物含水率的拟合直线,并对所出现的误差进行了分析。结果表明,该系统对于棉麻布,牛仔布和细棉布含水率的有效测量范围分别在30%~50%、30%~55%、35%~70%。棉麻布的测量误差最小,在±1%以内。
This paper introduces the use of microwave technology in measurement of textile moisture content,as well as its measurement principle.A non-contact fabric moisture content measurement system based on microwave with PLC as the processor was designed.Also with conventional weighing method,the moisture content of fabrics was measured.The experimental data was processed,the fitted lines representing the moisture contents of different fabrics were plotted,and errors were analyzed.The experimental results revealed that the effective measure range of this system for cotton linen cloth,denim and fine cotton cloth are 30%-50%,30%-55% and 35%-70%,respectively.And the cotton linen cloth shows the smallest measurement error(within ±1%).
