摘要
以未驻极的ES纤维热风非织造布为原料,对其进行电晕驻极处理。通过选用不同纤维线密度和面密度的ES纤维热风非织造布进行驻极处理,对比驻极处理前后的过滤效率,分析纤维线密度和面密度对驻极性能的影响;测试了PP熔喷布和ES纤维热风非织造布驻极后的即时表面静电势,并分析ES纤维热风非织造布的电荷存储稳定性能。结果表明:热风非织造布的纤维线密度越小、面密度越大,材料的驻极效果愈好;ES纤维热风非织造布的即时电荷存储稳定性较PP熔喷非织造布差。
Area bonded ES-fiber fabrics with different linear densities and surface densities were subjected to electret treatment by corona discharge and the filtration efficiency of the fabrics before and after the treatment was compared,along with the effect of fiber linear density and surface density on the electret property.The authors tested the surface electrostatic potential of the melt-blown PP nonwoven fabric and the area bonded ES-fiber fabric immediately after the electret treatment and analyzed the charge keeping stability of the area bonded ES-fiber fabric.The results indicated that in terms of area bonded ES-fiber fabric,smaller the fiber linear density and larger the surface density,better the electret property.However,the melt-blown PP nonwoven fabric compared favorably with the area bonded ES-fiber fabric in respect of instant charge keeping stability.
