Our Country's Farmer Rights and Interests Protection Status and Improvement Path

保障农民权益既是构建和谐社会的重要任务,也是事关农村改革发展成败的重中之重。当前我国农民权益受损以及存在的问题与城市化、工业化的快速推进、维权主体的弱化或缺失以及对农民权益需求的偏离密切相关。因此应以新农村建设为契机,以农民需求为导向,通过构建"三主体"维权模式,实施四个方面的并举,在推动城市化、工业化良性发展过程中着力保障农民权益。

Protecting farmers＇ rights and interests is not only an important task of building a harmonious society,but also is the top priority of the rural reform development success or failure.The current our country farmers＇ rights and interests is damaged,the existing problems and the rapid development of urbanization,industrialization,rights protection of the main body and the weakening or lack of farmers＇ rights and needs closely related to the deviation.Therefore,we shall take the new rural construction as an opportunity,take farmers＇ needs as the guidance,through constructing the ＂three main＂ rights protection mode,implement four aspects simultaneously,focus on protecting farmers＇ rights and interests in the process of promoting urbanization,industrialization benign development.
