摘要 采用正交试验的原理和数值模拟方法对一种多级惯性煤粉浓缩器进行了试验和模拟,研究了煤粉浓缩器结构参数对煤粉浓淡比的影响,由正交设计获得了多级惯性煤粉浓缩器的最优组合结构.结果表明:与由经验设计得到的结构相比,优化结构煤粉浓缩器的浓淡分离效果有所提高,为采用试验方法对惯性煤粉浓缩器结构进行深入研究奠定了基础. A multistage inertia pulverized coal concentrator was tested and simulated based on orthogonal experiment theory and numerical simulation method, during which the influence of structural parameters of the coal concentrator on the rich/lean ratio of pulverized coal was studied, and hence an optimized structure was obtained by orthogonal design. Results show that compared with the concentrator designed based on empirical data, the optimized concentrator has a higher separation efficiency, which therefore may serve as a reference for research and development of inertial pulverized coal concentrators.
