摘要
目的:探讨医生进校园工作的现状分析和业务培训策略。方法:采用问卷调查和内容分析法,以四平社区卫生服务中心12名进校园医师为调查对象,从医师的培训意愿、培训需求项目、培训时间、培训结果进行评估,采用百分制评分。结果:认为培训时间合适平均为94分;教学内容满意平均为91分;授课方式满意平均为89分,实用性平均为87分,91.20%的进园医生感到培训收获很大。结论:四平社区进校医生业务培训效果明显,有待进一步完善。
Objective: To analyze the current status of the "doctors-into-campus" project and explore the professional training strategy. Method: 12 doctors who went into the campus were the objects to be investigated by the questionnaire survey and content analysis. The training willingness, acquirement projects, training time and results were evaluated with percentile score. Results: 94 scores were considered as the proper training time on the average. The satisfaction with teaching content was 91 scores averagely. The teaching methods satisfied with an average of 89 scores. The practicality averaged 87 scores. 91.20 % of the doctors felt to have learnt a lot. Conclusion: The training effectiveness of the doctors-into-campus was obvious in Siping community, some of which needs further improvement.
